Ryan Coe’s Story
When I was first diagnosed with multiple sclerosis (MS) over 14 years ago, the symptoms hit me hardÂ
Back in 2010, there were days when I could barely walk because of the numbness and tingling, my vision would blur, and my right arm felt almost useless.
I lost so much function in my right hand, even holding simple things became a challenge. The doctors gave me a list of medications—monthly infusions, daily nerve pain meds, the whole thing.
But even with all the meds, it felt like I was losing the battle with MS every single day.
At that point, I saw myself as a victim of this disease.
The Journey
In those first 12 years after my diagnosis, I felt completely trapped.
I was drowning in advice from doctors and specialists, all telling me how to manage my symptoms—but it all felt temporary. No one showed me how to take control, how to actually fight back against this illness.
I felt like my life was slipping through my fingers, and MS was calling all the shots.Â
I didn’t want to just manage my MS. I wanted to live symptom-free.Â
I realized that the only way out was to take action. So, I stopped seeing myself as a victim and decided to put myself back in the driver’s seat of my life.Â
This was still my life, and I wasn’t going to let MS rob me of one more precious moment enjoying time with my young kids and my beautiful wife.
Choosing to take back control of my life changed everything.
How I beat MS naturally
After 12 years on medications, I experienced a pivotal mental shift that set me on a path of discovery. Determined to find a better way, I immersed myself in learning everything I could about healing and living well with MS.
Through the application of that knowledge, I gradually reduced and eventually eliminated my symptoms, going from struggling daily with pain and fatigue to playing full-court basketball and being active with my kids. I went from years of surviving to thriving within a matter of weeks!
Now, I’m helping you embrace The Thriving Way.
Today, I live a healthy, active lifestyle, free from the symptoms that once controlled me. I enjoy traveling with my family, exploring the outdoors, and playing basketball at a high level—all things I once thought I would never enjoy again.Â
But my journey didn’t stop there. I became a coach because I knew I had to share what I’d learned with others who are battling MS. Living with MS is hard. There’s no sugarcoating it. The pain, the uncertainty, the daily fight to feel like yourself again—it can be isolating and discouraging.
But what if there was a way to not just cope, but truly thrive?
What if, instead of feeling trapped by your symptoms, you could build habits that empower you to regain control, energy, and joy in your life?
I’m here to guide you on a new path—a path focused on small, achievable steps that, over time, create a powerful transformation.
